All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within 7-10 business days. Amarla will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur. All shipping are handled by DHL. You will be notified by email with a tracking number to follow up the shipping.

Colombia & Chile:

Free shipping up to 1Kg

(Up 5Kg COP$ 35.000, more than 5Kg COP$ 65.000)

USA and Canada:

COP$140.000,00 up to 1Kg

(More than 1Kg COP$ 280.000)

Rest of the world

Up to 1Kg COP$260.000

(More than 5Kg COP$ 500.000)

Customs & Taxes

All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Amarla has no control over these charges. Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order. You may also visit duty calculation websites such as simplyduty.com

 Returns

We are able to return only in case of faulty product. We are unable to accept items to exchanges for sizes or any other reason. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Please note that all sale items are fully non exchangeable or refundable unless the item is faulty then please, contact us by email. 

Refunds

We are unable to refund any items unless are faulty product. If the product is faulty please contact us by email and we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Amarla.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility. Claims will need to be made with the freight company.

Faulty Products

If the product is faulty please contact us by email and we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Amarla.

Product Color Discrepancies & Portrayal

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen color settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. Amarla shall not be held responsible for any color discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

Handmade Product Discrepancies

Since all our product are handmade, might be minimal variations on sizing and material finishing. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS are made by a group of artisans. They created these pieces based on respect and legislations that have to be established, when creating each garment, by incorporating and providing all their knowledge and techniques to offer the best quality and design.
